Sponsor a Booth at Kids Fair!
Kids Fair affords businesses and organizations the chance to display and market their child-oriented products and services in a positive environment. A booth at Kids Fair not only enhances community awareness of those products and services, but also financially backs Youth & Family Services’ continued efforts to support children and their families in being caring, capable and contributing members of the community.
Booth requirements are simple: Offer children an enjoyable, “hands-on” activity that’s educational, recreational or cultural.
Booth Fees
Businesses, organizations or individuals may purchase one or more booth spaces at Kids Fair to showcase their products and services. The standard $300 booth fee includes a 10-by-10 area and drapery dividers that measure 8 feet in the back and 3 feet on either side. Additional features include a 110-volt outlet ($10) and a telephone line (approximately $135).
Sponsors who rent two booth spaces pay $450 for a 10-by-20 area. Three booth spaces, which boast a 10-by-30 area, cost $600.
Looking for even more room? Consider renting a 20-by-20 “pod” space for $1,000.
Event Hours and Setup Times
Sponsors may set up their booth from noon to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 17. Kids Fair kicks off the following morning. Attractions run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 18; 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, April 19; and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 20.
Sponsors may tear down their booth following the end of Kids Fair from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday.
